It is always best to book your reservation as early as possible…ideally 30-60 days in advance. It is also recommended that you book even earlier for peak travel weeks (vacations, spring break, and summer).
Yes. There is at least a 14 day minimum required for bookings and please note all reservations are based upon availability. If you have last-minute travel, please contact us and we will check availability prior to finalizing your booking.
Packages without dates are good for 18 months. They can be extended.
We always recommend that you wait until you receive your Reservation Confirmation Letter to book flights. We want to make sure we have guaranteed your accommodations.
No. There are no blackout dates; however, all reservations are based on availability. Peak travel weeks fill up quickly, so we encourage you to book as early as possible.
The resort fees and taxes vary by property, they are usually $20 per night. The rate would be the same rate paid by retail customers.
In most cases, you can check into the Welcome Center between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. However, please double check with your Welcome Center to confirm their hours of operation. Your actual accommodations are not usually available for check-in until 4 p.m. Specific information regarding your reservation is in your reservation confirmation letter.
You may cancel your reservation up to 72-hours prior to arrival, with penalty. All resort locations need a minimum of 25 days to avoid penalties.
The package is transferable to any qualified adult. However, the product must be used within the provided use period given at the point of sale.
Please check the terms and conditions of the promotional vacation package you purchased. Most packages come with either a standard or premium room that can accommodate up to 4 people. Room upgrades or additional rooms are available for a nominal fee. Please check with Customer Service at 865-217-0220 for details.
For many of our more frequently visited destinations, we have discount offers for meals, entertainment and shopping. You may ask the welcome center at check-in or by calling us. They have discounts for many of the local attractions.
If married, both spouses must attend. If single, every guest in the party must attend.
The sales presentation is 120 minutes long at a minimum.
You are not required to purchase anything. We only require you and your party to attend the resorts sales presentation.
The tour is scheduled at time of booking. Your travel specialist will set this up with you to ensure it doesn’t get in the way of travel plans.
Absolutely. We are happy to prepare your sales presentation based on availability.
You are responsible for all transportation (Ex: air, car, train, etc.).
You may go straight to your hotel once in town. If you are due too arrive passed midnight on your check-in date, please call our Customer Care team to let them know so we can contact the hotel and inform them of your late arrival.
